The venue for the AGM is Telford Ice Rink (in the bar) Come along and pledge your support, be part of the committee; we need more volunteers!

I'll probably be there, but I don't know how useful my help would be considering I live in Sheffield for most of the season. If there is anything I can do to help from afar though, I'll do it.

I'd love to be at the AGM, unfortunately, due to the distances involved, it's just viable for me to do midweek events. Sorry.

Just like to say a huge thank you to the exiting board members, you all did a fantastic job in keping the Tigers afloat during the first season. Also like to welcome the new board members to steer the trust, great to get an injection of different thinking and new ideas, with the people that have stood and been elected we can take the lessons learned last season and add them to a new direction Thanks to everybody for attending tonight, great to see such a good turnout.

Also like to welcome the new board members to steer the trust, great to get an injection of different thinking and new ideas, with the people that have stood and been elected we can take the lessons learned last season and add them to a new direction Thanks to everybody for attending tonight, great to see such a good turnout. I'd like to echo what topbeats said. A summary of what I can remember being said at the AGM: Tigers made a loss of about £2,000 last season, which was plugged with quiet contributions from Trust members. Personally I think that figure isn't bad for our first year. The accounts are currently with the accountants but will be made available to members soon. It was announced that Tigers will be offering half-season tickets this season. The board will consist of the following people this coming season: Alan Gould, James Shaw, Claire Shaw, Rita Mackriel, Phil Wright, Mike Dixon, Paul Thomason, S. Woods, P. Richardson and A. Howells. (Didn't catch the first names of a few of them). Alan Gould also explained why the Flex scheme was cut. Basically the council promised that in exchange for offering a Flex Card discount Tigers would get coverage in the council newsletter, we'd be added to the Flex Card mailshot system, we'd have adverts on roundabouts and on the electronic roadside boards around the Town Centre amongst other things. The council failed to deliver on these promises and the Flex discount was taking hundreds of pounds out of the Tigers budget each month. We may be running with three shirts next season: A white one, a black one and an orange one with the original "T" logo on it. Alongside this there may also be another "one-off" shirt like the Valentines Day one last season. Tom Watkins said that he was in discussions with Marek Hornak about his availability for next season. Telford International Centre now own the rink car park and on dates where a Tigers home fixture clashes with one of their events the car park WILL NOT be available for our use. Alternative free parking can be found at Civic Offices. Tigers will be participating in a fun day at the Red Lion in Dawley on 13th August, starting at 3pm.
